Janet is passionate about sharing the benefits of healthy and mindful movement with others. As a teacher, she emphasizes proper alignment, attention to breath and finding ease and joy in movement which leads to a greater sense of well-being, both inside and out.
Janet began teaching in 2003 and is a Stott Pilates Certified Teacher in Mat & Reformer as well as a Total Barre Qualified Instructor. She is also a registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), an Ayurvedic Health Coach and a Reiki Master.
Join Janet for Pilates on Wednesdays at 12:30pm. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles to achieve efficient movement, improved posture and leaner muscle mass. Increase your flexibility, endurance and strength during this fun and challenging full body workout!
